Roland Gallo had the opportunity to exchange with Shri Piyush Goyal, India’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, as well as with the Indian delegation, during their visit to Sophia Antipolis, Europe’s first technology park, as part of Bharat Innovates 2026.
During the meeting, the Traveljuice team presented Airiane Solutions, its proprietary Customer Data Management Platform, designed specifically for mid-sized and smaller airports.
The platform aims to help airport operators implement personalised communications for customers and passengers. Among other capabilities, the solution enables targeted and automated marketing campaigns throughout the traveller consumption cycle, while taking into account the business model and operational realities of each airport.
The discussions also focused on the potential application of Airiane Solutions within India’s regional aviation ecosystem, particularly for airports being developed and strengthened under the UDAN programme. As India continues to invest in regional connectivity, digital solutions supporting passenger engagement, traffic growth, and revenue generation are expected to play an increasingly important role.
The Traveljuice team highlighted that the future of airport growth depends not only on infrastructure development, but also on data-driven airport management that is passenger-centric and commercially resilient.
This meeting forms part of the broader India-France innovation dialogue supported by Bharat Innovates 2026.
